Update of Building Report (Re-Visit)

- If the report is older than 12 months a new Building Report will be required, but we may be able to reuse the old ACTPLA file
- A new ACTPLA file does not need to be ordered where no further work has been undertaken, as long as your solicitor is aware Homebuyers Inspections is using the old file. A new ACTPLA enquiry will incur an extra fee.
